Re:       Southland HVAC, Plumbing & Construction

Dear Sir/Madam:

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to tell you a little bit about Mr. Edward Bezinover and the organization he has built from the ground up - Southland HVAC, Plumbing & Construction Company.

On January 4, 1995 First American Home Buyers Protection (FAHBP) signed on Southland HVAC to provide residential air conditioning services within the San Fernando Valley, California.  I am proud to inform you that throughout the years, Edward has grown his company into a multi-level organization which now services all trades in all areas throughout the State. In addition, Edward has been equally successful in the commercial sector.

Commercially, Edward has engineered, designed and built some of the most intricate and sophisticated energy management control systems for “smart buildings” located throughout the United States. He has also traveled abroad to pursue commercial and industrial interests and is currently entertaining the idea to bid on some industrial jobs which he has been invited to do so.

In the last twelve (12) months, Edward’s organization has received more than eight-thousand (8,000) service calls from FAHBP and has billed in excess of one-million dollars ($1,000,000.00).  I would not be surprised to see these figures double by August 2005.
